About

F-hub.org is a volunteer run initiative that was started in 2022 as an extension to the Freegamedev.net FOSS game developer community which has existed as a community space for more than fifteen years. Our aim is to provide an easy to use and inclusive space for FOSS developers to cooperate on projects (games and other software).

Our main services are a (soon to be) federated git forge and a hybrid chat network that combines modern IRC with XMPP and Matrix access. Member organisations also get access to a project management group forum based on Loomio.

Supplementary services include a Woodpecker CI, a GoToSocial instance and a Weblate software translation tool.

More service to be annouced soon! We are currently working on a Grafana monitoring dashboard and a Peertube instance

Use of Forgejo branding

F-hub.org is not officially associated with the Forgejo project, but we run an instance of the Forgejo git web-forge as our primary service here on F-hub.org. The Forgejo “F” logo is used under the terms of the CC-by-SA license. Our main logo is based on an alternative logo design available under the CC-by 4.0 license.
